-Technology Leader to Define Market Strategy for Leading Data Auditing and Security Company-

Maynard, Mass. – November 1, 2006 – Tizor Systems, the leader in data auditing and protection, today announces that Bill Bartow has been appointed Vice President of Marketing. In this capacity, Bartow will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and will work closely with Tizor’s business development, sales and engineering teams to further expand Tizor’s market momentum and growth. Bartow brings over 20 years of experience to the software industry, managing and launching innovative products to enterprises.

Prior to joining Tizor, Bartow was Senior Vice President at Computer Associates (CA) and was responsible for managing the market-leading Identity and Access Management business. Prior to CA, Bartow was a member of the Netegrity executive management team, responsible for establishing the Company as the leader in the Identity and Access management market. Netegrity was acquired by CA in December 2004. During his time with Netegrity, Bartow was responsible for both the marketing and engineering teams that launched a number of new products into emerging markets. During Bartow’s time at the Company, Netegrity grew from $10 million to $90 million in revenue and jumped from 60 to 800 customers.

Bartow also held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Engineering for the Internet Division of Sybase. In this role, Bartow was responsible for managing the market leading Powersoft development and design tools. Bartow has also accrued industry marketing and product experience working for companies such as Lotus Development Corporation, Progress Software Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation.
